Project Description:
The objective of this project is to gather an overall Enterprise-Wide Metrics Inventory for a fortune 100 telecom company. This inventory shall yield an overall inventory of the business metrics, identify the system data sources of the business metrics, provide an assessment of the current state of the metrics, and make recommendations and provide directions for future actions with respect to the metrics and metrics platforms.
Requirements:
• Business analysis, metrics and telecom experience,
• Requirements gathering
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and redesigning business processes along with developing cost/benefit analysis for proposed process changes.
• Experience in re-engineering complex business and software processes
• Superb writing skills and expertise with standard process mapping, workflow and project management tools
• Project experience has included very large processes supporting hundreds of people and more than 10,000 transactions per day.
• Have worked on collaborative project teams of at least ten people and interacting with process and system users on a daily basis
• Several years experience with the complete Microsoft Suite of applications. Candidate must be very well versed in Excel.
